Alpha Software
Alpha Software has designed new software which help create databases that are more user frindly. It uses Windows 95-like form in order to create a familiar system to use while searching. (Gliedman, 465) For more information on Alpha Software here is the source.

Menus
To help make databases more user-friendly, all different databases can be brought together on one page. Adding menus to the right hand side can be helpful. An option that may be added is "which do I chose? this option may be used by user to help them identify which datbase would be the best for them. Another option would be to add a link to an online source that gives advice about the research process. (Steele, 1) For more information on this article here is the source information.
